H Mobile Barber: I visit your home, office or care setting. Choose Haywards Heath or Crawley and their surrounding areas, and provide the full visit address. If you are unsure whether I cover your location, please contact me before booking.
H Barber Studio: You visit me at the rear of the Mansell McTaggart office, 138 Old London Road, Patcham, Brighton BN1 8YA. Please use the rear entrance. Studio bookings are available from 1 November 2026, Saturday 9am–6:30pm and Sunday 9am–1pm. No mobile travel fee applies to studio appointments.
Choose your haircut service and review its price before confirming. For a mobile appointment, add only one applicable travel fee for the whole visit. Do not add a travel fee for every person in a family booking.
No travel fee: Haywards Heath and Cuckfield.
£5: Ansty, Ardingly, Balcombe, Bolney, Burgess Hill, Crawley, Handcross and Lindfield.
£10: Copthorne, Crawley Down, Danehill, Ditchling, East Grinstead, Henfield, Horsham, Newick and North Chailey.
£15: Billingshurst, Brighton, Horley, Lewes and Southwater.
For other locations, please contact me for a quote before booking. For example, a £35 haircut in Crawley plus the £5 travel fee totals £40 before any agreed parking cost. Any required deposit is displayed during booking and counts towards the appointment price.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment. Use your online booking account where available, or contact me on 07904 867136.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, a charge of up to the appointment price may apply. Any charge or retained deposit will be limited to the reasonable loss caused, taking account of costs saved and whether the appointment can be filled by another client. A deposit already paid counts towards that charge; it is not charged twice.
When you cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment, any deposit paid towards the haircut is refundable, or can be transferred to another appointment by agreement. Separate booking-system fees are governed by the booking provider’s terms.
For a mobile booking, a missed appointment includes being unavailable at the agreed address. For a studio booking, it means not attending at the agreed studio time. If you expect to be late, please call so we can discuss what is possible.
Please tell me about access or parking restrictions before a mobile visit. If a permit is needed, please arrange it. Any pay-and-display cost will be discussed and added to the appointment total. I cannot park unlawfully. If the visit cannot proceed because agreed access or parking has not been provided, any charge will follow the reasonable-loss policy above.
Traffic can occasionally delay mobile arrival by 10–15 minutes. I will let you know if I am running late.
If I cannot provide your appointment, I will contact you to arrange another time or refund any payment made towards that appointment.
